    My 'go to' lost model alarm!

    I have been purchasing & using Matek's 5v Lost Model Buzzer for years now as a simple, budget friendly, and effective way to find my RC aircraft after performing an 'out-landing'.
    I get the required 5 volt input by soldering on diodes which each have a voltage drop of approx .7 volts. I usually need 3 x 4001 diodes for a 6v eneloop AA pack (5 cells) in my gliders. These buzzers can be amplified/ made very loud by placing them in a tube (I used a carbon offcut) about 1" diameter by about 1 1/2" long. Thankyou PhaserFPV!!! ...I would've been lost many times without them! :-)
