From concept to design the process stretched a period of years, utilising manufacturing methods that are unique to us. we have gone to every length to ensure that our flagship frame offers the you the end user the most aerodynamic profile that is achievable in the industry.
What is is made from?
The Kore is made from Japanese importedÊpre preg carbon. The laminate is predominantly uni-directional carbon (used because it is stronger and has higher impact resistance). A layer of 3K carbon is also used for aesthetics, however the bulk of the frame is uni-directional.[/font][/size]
How was the frame Developed and how is it tested during manufacturing?
To do this we firstly moved the frames production in its infancy from Australia to China, where with the help of a University we used a P.I.V wind tunnel to understand how it should be shaped. The data analysis from this process was then used to dramatically improve its aerodynamic profile and in turn how it performs in the air. In addition to this our manufacturing process consists of some of the most strict quality control in the industry, testing the load bearing capability of our frame with a 190kg weight after the initial moulding and then again after the CNC work.

How does the V2 differ to the V1
The V2 is lighter by over 20g
Access has now been granted to the flight controller to allow easy connection to the USB port.
Larger internal space to allow more configurations of euqipment to be used.
Easier acces from the centre to the arms with wider access from the main body.
The arms have been CNC'd differently to allow the fitting of a large range of motors.
